Alongside my clinical work, I spend a great deal of time thinking and writing about the psychological processes that seem to underlie therapeutic change.
I am currently developing research exploring curiosity, psychological growth and the lived experience of change in psychotherapy.
My work brings together psychodynamic thinking, attachment theory and phenomenology to explore aspects of therapeutic development that may be shared across different approaches.
Publications and preprints will appear here as they become available.
My current work explores a proposal I have tentatively called Entiring. An introductory summary can be found here.
